The C.H.A.N.C.E. Project is a not-for-profit project based in Attleboro, MA, dedicated to empowering every member of our community through direct support, health education and wellness initiatives. Our community health experts are here to help you navigate all aspects of health and wellness. If you have a health-related question or challenge, we are here to help you find the solution. Our services are always free and always confidential.

As a key part of the The C.H.A.N.C.E. Project, The Literacy Center trains new health workers to be agents of change in their own communities. Whether you are looking for an exciting new career or simply want to volunteer, we have a training for you. All of our trainings are free and job placement support is provided.
The C.H.A.N.C.E. Project is a collaborative initiative led by The Literacy Center, The Attleboro Norton YMCA, The Arc of Bristol County, Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative, Attleboro Council on Aging, and Attleboro Public Schools. By sharing resources, we aim to improve health outcomes for all community members.
